M&A Director

Description Rapidly growing operation that is looking to acquire three to four new companies per year is adding to their Corporate Development team. This organization has a strong portfolio of businesses and excellent backing from their PE ownership. They are a collection of manufacturing companies providing products to a high growth marketplace. This is a new Director level position that will manage a small team for full lifecycle merger and acquisitions of US based companies, as part of their corporate development initiatives. This includes acquisition diligence and integration, prospecting, valuation and supporting deal structuring and negotiations for potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Ideally the candidate will have heavy M&Aexperience with manufacturing focus, strong people management and customer interface ability, an executive presence, understanding of financial modeling and high business acumen.   Requirements   Bachelor's Degree - Business, Finance or relative 7+ years' business experience Experienced in transaction advisory, public accounting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or management consulting Excellent communication skills Skilled in merger integration, project management and financialreporting Proven background with handling multiple transactions simultaneously Target Compensation: $140-160K + 20% Bonus + Equity Shares Potential Relocation Package Available
Salary Range: $168K - $192K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
