Kitchen Manager Needed Immediately

Here's what we're looking for:
Minimum 2-3 years of current kitchen and restaurant management experience
Must have FOH experience as well, great with guest interactions
Food cost analysis, ordering and inventory experience
Actively involved with training and developing hourly staff
Firm grasp of financials, P&L's, and keeping costs in line
Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
Ability to build sales and interact with the community
Our training process is second to none, with dedication to giving our managers all the tools they need to succeed and soar within our company!!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
