Receptionist/Front Office Assistant

Reception experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilies for our front desk position include:
-Answering phones and following up on voicemails -Making appointments -Calling customers when their dog is ready for pick up -Checking customers in and out -Money transactions
keeping track of groomers' tips -Basic cleaning (dusting, keeping front desk organized, wiping down surfaces).
-Picking up after dog waste (if groomers don't get to it first).
Our business hours are Tuesday- Friday 7:
30AM- 4PM, Saturday 7:
30AM- 3PM.
Closed Sundays and Mondays.
