neuropsychological diagnostic centers, is looking to fill a position at one of our many Chicagoland locations.
We are hiring for this full-time medical office receptionist for our Oakbrook Terrace location, and we are trying to fill this position urgently.
We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and can handle a fast-paced work environment.
We will handle training the right person.
The position entails and requires:
scheduling patients for multiple physicians' a strong ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment excellent communications skills via phone and email problem solving skills faxing, scanning, uploading, and creating medical templates applying insurance co-payments interacting with patients experience in medical billing for multiple physicians'-helpful but not required familiar with medical terminology , CPT and ICD 10 codes comfortable calling patients to give insurance deductibles and copayments over the phone Make sure your resume is attached, and you complete the asked-for skill assessments in order to be considered for the position.
