As a Medical Scribe, you will provide essential support to assist doctor in office and hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical administrative tasks, such as documenting patient encounters, updating medical records, and transcribing medical dictations.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including collecting medical history.
- Provide support during patient visits, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of medical informatio - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of basic life support techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
