Job Description:
Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers (age 18+), ovens, and other equipment to make doughs, frostings, fillings and toppings Decorate and display finished products Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service Take customer information and ensuring that orders and deliveries are accurate and timely Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized according to food safety standards Work with pace and purpose.
A sense of urgency is a must.
Morning/Midday Baker - Requirements:
Available 6am to 6pm At least 18 years old Valid driver's license Available to work Saturdays Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, midday, weekend, and holiday availability Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift Stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (max 50lbs) for extended periods Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
