Our insurance agency is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and providing general customer service.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This individual should possess a great personality, friendly, wonderful phone etiquette and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Perform data entry tasks as needed.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
