00 an hour A busy, growing, fast paced Dermatology Office is seeking an experienced Full Time Medical Assistant to join our family of professionals in our Algonquin, Woodstock, Barrington and Huntley locations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments, rooming patients, documenting medical history, prepare and document specimens for pathology, assisting Physician or PA-C with clinical and surgical procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, Botox, fillers, etc.
.
Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies, suture removals, UVB Box, assist patients with both pre and postoperative instructions and protocols.
Enter notes and information into EMR system during and after patient visits.
Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Dermatology.
Candidate must be computer savvy.
Electronic medical record experience a huge plus! Must be highly professional, personable and share our commitment to patient care and service.
Must be extremely dependable and reliable.
