We are looking for outgoing, professional and reliable Spa Sales Associates to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Algonquin! Membership sales experience (tanning salon, gym, spa, etc.
) is preferred but not required.
Are you available to work 3 to 5 shifts per week? IDEAL CANDIDATES:
-You are happy and outgoing.
-Arrive on time-Energetic and love working with customers-A team player that is self-motivated.
-Must have reliable transportation.
SO WHAT DOES A SPA ASSOCIATE DO? You represent our spa from the first phone call of a new client to the check-out of our last guest.
We need you to impress everyone you meet! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Greeting and checking-in/out customers to perform excellent customer service and connect with each customer, effectively educating/selling clients on spa memberships, gift cards and future appointments.
Supporting therapist needs to ensure smooth operations.
This is a job that requires a person who can maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor in a chaotic environment.
Some weekend and evening availability required.
